The core of the Event Portal is to provide an easy to use communication and collaboration tool that makes it easier for the involved parties during the execution of an event.

Event Portal highlights:

  • Sharing documents and information through the ECM document archive
  • "Mypage"-concept with logon for volunteers and partners - giving extranet-like functionality
  • Search that spans all text and content in the portal
  • Mobile-enabled: selected areas of the solution are smart phone-enabled
  • SSO-integration with mail and calendar. Mail/calendar services usually provided through 3rd party providers (like Google and others).
