Equipment and resources

Each organizer of any given event must normally acquire a long list of different equipment and resources. The organizer also has to manage and keep track of the equipment.
The list of equipment that is required will be tailored by the organizer and will normally handle areas like
  • Technical equipment for use at the venue (like timing systems, large screens etc)
  • IT Systems for accreditation, mail, homepages, document sharing, volunteer handling, economy management etc
  • Marketing material and consumer goods
  • Safety resources (fences etc)
  • Venue documentation (buildings, scenes, tracks etc)
